After obtaining his BA in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University in 2010, Joe Morello embarked on a journey that led him to Somerset Financial Group, Inc. (“SFG”) at their Boca Raton office. With over 11 years of dedication, Joe became an integral part of SFG's operations, overseeing real estate holdings, acquisitions, and hard money lending initiatives in close collaboration with the company’s founder and CEO.

As the Founder of Dynasty Capital Group, Joe Morello brings with him a wealth of experience gained during his tenure at SFG. His expertise flourished in the complex domains of fractured condominiums, multi-family properties, and hard money lending. Joe played a pivotal role in the acquisition and successful sale of over 400 residential condominiums owned by SFG and its affiliates in Palm Beach County, generating an impressive sales volume exceeding $70 Million. His responsibilities extended to managing day-to-day operations, including serving as an active board member in Condominium Associations, overseeing leasing and sales activities, nurturing investor relationships, and collaborating with legal and financial professionals. Concurrently, he skillfully evaluated and underwrote new hard money loan opportunities ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000.

In 2020, Joe's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Dynasty Capital Group, Inc. This venture aimed to explore fresh business prospects in South Florida. Over the years, Joe fostered a robust network of industry professionals, providing him with the foundation to continue building upon SFG's legacy in the South Florida market while maintaining strong ties with the SFG family.

As the driving force behind Dynasty Capital Group, Inc., and now his Real Estate Brokerage Dynasty Capital Realty, LLC, Joe is dedicated to uncovering distinctive financing and real estate investment opportunities across South Florida and the New York Metro area.
